(1)       Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility in CHL ("PDMR"), has purchased 1,650 Common Shares at a price of £3.69 per Common Share:

(2)       Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated (PCA) with Neil Eckert, has purchased 1,850 Common Shares at a price of £3.69 per Common Share;

The above transactions took place on 16 May 2025.

Following these transactions Neil Eckert's beneficial ownership interest (which includes shares held by PCA Nicola Eckert) stands at 829,402 common shares.
