CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Following a comprehensive tender process, Renewi plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of BDO LLP as their new auditors with effect from the year commencing 1 April 2020. BDO LLP will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2021. The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held in Summer 2020.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will resign as auditors of the Company following completion of the 31 March 2020 audit. They were unable to participate in the tender process under mandatory firm rotation rules due to their period of tenure as auditors.
