Paris, France, and Manchester, UK - 12 May 2025 - Novacyt S.A. (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international molecular diagnostics company with a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held in person at 1pm CEST/12pm BST on Thursday, 19 June 2025 at the Hilton Hotel, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, France.

A video recording of the AGM will be available to view on the Company website shortly after the conclusion of the meeting.
