Change of Accounting Reference Date

File Forge Technology PLC (AQSE: FILE) today announces the change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 November to 30 March with immediate effect.

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, File Forge's reporting timetable will be as follows:

• Publication of audited accounts for the financial year end of 30 March 2025, no later than 30 September 2025
• Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 September 2025, no later than 31 December 2025
• Publication of audited accounts for the 12 months to 30 March 2026, no later than 30 September 2026.
