Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders today.

Churchill China's 2025 AGM will take place at 12 noon on 29 May 2025 at the Company's head office, No 1 Marlborough Way, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 5NZ.
