Change of Accounting Reference Date

MetalNRG plc (LSE:MNRG), the natural resource investing and exploration company, announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 28th February to 31st December.

As a result of this change, the Company's next audited financial statements will be for the 10 month period to 31st December 2019.

Rolf Gerritsen, CEO of MetalNRG, arranged for the release of this announcement.
