2024 Audited Accounts Publication Date

Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), announces that its Financial Statements to 31 December 2024 (the "2024 Accounts") are unlikely to be published by 30 June 2025 as required by the AIM Rules.

As advised on its previous RNS of 14 April 2025, the Company is at an advanced stage in its assessment of potential projects that it is considering for acquisition under a Reverse Takeover Transaction ("RTO"). Following a project acquisition being agreed, the Company intends to access further funds under its loan facility with Aria Capital Management Limited (announced on 3 December 2024) which will, inter alia, enable audit preparation to commence in time to permit completion and publication of the 2024 Accounts.

The Company will keep the market updated with progress on its project acquisition initiatives and on any further updates to its estimated 2024 Accounts publication date.
