Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 April 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 898,561,607 Ordinary Shares of £0.001, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 898,561,607 .

Accordingly, shareholders should use the figure of 898,561,607 as the denominator when calculating whether they are required to notify the Company of their interest, or any change to their interest, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
