Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging

Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The Company announces the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each ('Shares'). John Burns (Chairman of Derwent London plc) and Simon Silver (an Executive Director), both PDMRs of the Company, have notified the Company that they have transferred 11,742 and 18,742 Shares, respectively, to a UK registered charity for nil consideration. 

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and Rule 3.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
