ICFG (LON:ICFG) announces the publication of the Company's annual report and audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Annual Report").

The Annual Report covers a period prior to the Company's successful completion of the reverse takeover of ICFG Pte. Ltd. on 12 February 2025.

It should be noted that the first set of results relating to ICFG post the acquisition of ICFG Pte Ltd will be the Company's interim results for the six-month period ending 30 June 2025.
