The Company announces that the 2024 Annual Report (available on the Company's website since 13 March 2025) and the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting are being distributed or made available to shareholders electronically today, 25 April 2025.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 4 June 2025 at 10:00 am BST. The meeting  will be held  at  Linklaters LLP, One Silk Street, London, EC2Y 8HQ, United Kingdom.

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the above documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection via the FCA National Storage Mechanism.
