M&G plc

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

M&G plc announces that on 13 December 2019, options were granted to the below PDMRs under the M&G plc Sharesave Plan at an option price of £1.84. The options have a contract start date of 1 February 2020 and are exercisable from 1 February 2023 to 31 July 2023 for the three year plan and from 1 February 2025 to 31 July 2025 for the five year plan.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
