Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, both Independent Non-Executive Directors, have elected to use all and a portion of their board fees respectively to purchase Ordinary Shares of 6.5p (Shares) in the Company. On 13 December 2019, pursuant to the pre-determined election, the Company arranged for the purchase of 1,665 and 998 Shares on behalf of Ms MacDonald and Mr Keogh, respectively.  The Shares were purchased at the same price of £13.75 per Share

The above transactions were executed in GBP.

The notifications are made in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) are set out below.
