CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NEW LOCATION: CONVENE SANCROFT, ROSE STREET, PATERNOSTER SQUARE, LONDON EC4M 7DQ

Due to the non-availability of the original venue (Convene, 200 Aldersgate, St Paul's, London EC1A 4HD) the venue of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Drax has changed to Convene Sancroft, Rose Street, Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7DQ.

Except for the change of venue, all other information set out in the Notice of AGM dated 26 March 2025, including the date and time of the meeting, and the resolutions to be considered at the AGM, remain unchanged.

Proxy and voting instructions relating to the original venue remain unchanged and will be valid for the new venue.
