Notice of General Meeting

Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDF), an international mineral exploration and production company,  announces that, further to its announcement of 8.20 a.m. on 16 April 2025, the Notice of General Meeting ("GM") including a form of proxy has been posted to shareholders and is available to view on the Company's website at: www.strategicminerals.net  

The Company will be holding its GM at the offices of RWK Goodman LLP, 69 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5EQ at 10.00 a.m. on 2 May 2025.

Forms of proxy must be completed, signed and returned so as to be received by the Company's Registrars by no later than 10.00 a.m. on 30 April 2025.  Full details are set out in the Notice of GM.
