CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (the "Company") today announces that the following documents in relation to the annual results for the year ended 31st December, 2024 and the 2025 annual general meeting ("2025 AGM") (the "Documents") have been published :-

-     Annual Report and Accounts 2024

-     Sustainability Report 2024

-     Notice of 2025 AGM

The Documents can be accessed from the Company's website ( https://www.cki.com.hk ).

Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and Sustainability Report 2024 have been submitted in unedited full text to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for viewing at ( https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism ).

The Notice of 2025 AGM will be available for viewing at ( https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism ) on 16th April, 2025.

The 2025 AGM will be a hybrid meeting to be held at 1st Floor, Harbour Grand Kowloon, 20 Tak Fung Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong and online on Wednesday, 21st May, 2025 at 2:15 p.m. Hong Kong time (7:15 a.m. London time).
