Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK, West Africa and Ireland focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company , announces that on 9 April 2025 (the "Grant Date"), under the Company's 2024 EMI scheme, a total of 5,599,840 options were granted over Ordinary Shares.
