PUBLICATION OF 2024 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the Company) announces that the following documents are being posted, or have made available, to shareholders today:

·      Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM Notice); and
