Paris Orléans announces that the half-year financial report for the first half of the 2014/2015 financial year (from 1 April to 30 September 2014) has been made available to the public and filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marches financiers).

This report includes the following contents:

• the half-year activity report;
• the condensed half-year consolidated financial statements for the first half of the 2014/2015 financial year and the report of the Statutory Auditors on the half-year financial information;
• the statement by the persons responsible for the half-year financial report.

The half-year financial report may be consulted on Paris Orléans' website, at www.paris-orleans.com, under section Investor relations / Regulated information.
