The Company announces that on 3 April 2025, Passaic Services Limited, a Person Closely Associated (" PCA ") of Benedict Luke Green, acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (" Ordinary Shares "). 

The Notification of Dealing Form can be found below and is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the acquisition.

Following this acquisition, Benedict Luke Green holds 269,278 Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCAs hold 1,217,033 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together, Benedict Luke Green and his PCAs now hold a total of 1,486,311 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
