Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that, subject to completion, where applicable, it has been notified of the below transactions on 11 and 12 December 2019 (Transactions).
(1) Those persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company who are named in column (1) of the below table sold the number of ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) set alongside their respective names in column (2) of the below table on 11 December 2019 in the placing which was announced yesterday of an aggregate of 6,422,905 Ordinary Shares which were sold by certain directors, senior managers and employees of the Company at a price of 400 pence per share (Placing).
