evoke plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On 31 March 2025, the Company was notified that Jon Mendelsohn, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 48.3p each (the "Transaction").

Post this Transaction, Jon Mendelsohn holds an interest of 700,000 Ordinary Shares.
