Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the distribution in cash of an interim dividend of 41.0 pence per share. This represents the second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2019, in line with the Company's stated dividend policy as detailed in its Circular to shareholders dated 7 November 2019 in connection with the proposed acquisition of the Linden Homes and Partnerships & Regeneration businesses of Galliford Try plc.
