Performance Rights Cessation

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX and OTCQB: EMHXY and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") announces that it has cancelled 7,400,000 performance rights ("Performance Rights") which expired on 2 March 2025 without exercise or conversion.

2,400,000 of these Performance Rights were held by Mr. Keith Coughlan, Executive Chairman, and 1,200,000 of these Performance Rights were held by Mr. Richard Pavlik, Executive Director.

Following the cancellation, Mr. Coughlan holds an interest of 5,750,000 fully paid ordinary shares, representing 2.77% of the issued share capital, and Mr. Pavlik holds an interest of 300,000 fully paid ordinary shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital.
