Ondine Biomedical Inc. ( AIM : OBI), a Canadian life sciences company pioneering light-activated antimicrobial treatments, announces that Margaret Shaw, Non-executive Director, has bought 30,000 shares ("Common Shares") in the Company at a price of 12 pence per Common Share on 29 January 2025.

Following this transaction, Margaret Shaw holds 243,853 Common Shares representing 0.0552% of the issued share capital of the Company.
