Capital Repayment Payment
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 12 December 2024, Steppe Cement confirms that it made a Capital Repayment on 31 December 2024 of USD4,200,000 in cash, paid in GBP, representing 1.5093 pence per ordinary share of no par value each.
