2019 Dividend

Following the announcement on 27 November 2019 of the full year audited financial results for the year to 30 September 2019, Grainger announces a revised Record Date from 3 January 2020 to 27 December 2019.  The timetable is as follows: -

Ex-Dividend Date	-	24 December 2019
Record Date	-	27 December 2019
Last Date for DRIP Election	-	17 January 2020
Payment Date	-	10 February 2020

Accordingly, subject to approval at the 2020 AGM, the final dividend of 3.46p per share (gross) amounting to £21.2m will be paid on 10 February 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 December 2019. Shareholders will again be offered the option to participate in a dividend re-investment plan and the last day for election is 17 January 2020.
