Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust

Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 551,759 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 2 December 2019 at a price of 529.78p.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 4,837,148 ordinary shares of 5p each (0.91% of the issued share capital).
