Directorate Change

The Board announces that Duncan Baxter, who has been the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Management and Engagement Committee of the Company, has retired from the Board in line with the nine year guidance rule as stated in the UK Corporate Governance Code, with effect from 3 December 2024. Mr Baxter has been on the Board since July 2015.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Duncan Baxter for his valuable contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.

The Board has conducted a recruitment process using an external search firm and will announce Mr Baxter's replacement in due course.
