In the period from April 12 - April 16, 2021, S&T AG acquired a total of 15,480 shares under the share buyback ('Share buyback program II 2020') announced on October 27, 2020 in accordance with Art. 2 Para. 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and amended on March 2, 2021 with regard to a maximum cap on the purchase price per share.

The total number of shares repurchased, the weighted average price and the aggregated volume for the period per day amounted to:
