REF.:  DISCLOSURE UNDER REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS").

SUB.: RE-APPOINTMENT OF AMITABH CHAUDHRY AS THE MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO OF THE BANK.

This is in continuation of our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/56/2024-25 dated April 25, 2024 intimating you that the Board of Directors of the Bank had approved the re-appointment of Amitabh Chaudhry as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, for a further period of 3 years, w.e.f. January 1, 2025 up to December 31, 2027 (both days inclusive). Such reappointment was subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the shareholders of the Bank.

The said re-appointment was approved by shareholders of the Bank at their 30th Annual General Meeting held on July 26, 2024.

We now wish to inform you that the Reserve Bank of India vide its letter no. CO.HGG.DOR.No.S4419/08.86.001/2024-25 dated October 24, 2024, has approved the re-appointment of Amitabh Chaudhry as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, for a period of three years w.e.f. January 1, 2025 till December 31, 2027 (both days inclusive).
