Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that its eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place on 3 December 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Formal notice convening the AGM and related papers have been posted on the Company's website and were sent to shareholders, together with the Audited Annual Financial Statement on the 18 October 2024. The notice and related papers are also available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

A copy of the proposed amended articles of association for the Company, as referenced in the Notice of the 2024 AGM, will also be available for inspection on the Company's website https://ncim.co.uk/cqs-new-city-high-yield-fund-ltd/ .

The Board encourages shareholders to vote by completing and returning their forms of proxy, and to contact the Board via our Company Secretary using the below contact details with any queries regarding the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM or the AGM proceedings.
