Good Life Plus Plc (AQSE: GDLF), an innovator in the luxury prize draw and rewards sector, announces that it has received TR-1 notifications from Charlie Chadd and Joseph Chadd, CEO and CSO respectively, reflecting changes in their shareholdings. This adjustment is the result of a recent issuance of new shares by the Company via a successful Placing, Subscription and Convertible Loan Note Conversion announced on 1 October 2024.

It is important to note that while the percentage of shares held by Charlie and Joseph Chadd have changed, the total number of shares they own remains exactly the same. This notification does not reflect a disposal or acquisition of shares, but rather a recalculation of their percentage holdings due to the increase in the Company's total issued share capital.
