Vienna (pta010/30.04.2021/08:40) - , 30.4.2021. Pursuant to Section 135 para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG), CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft announces that the total number of voting rights at the end of the month April 2021 increased from 98,808,336 by 7,616,849 to a total of 106,425,185 voting rights.

As of the end of April 2021, the share capital increased by EUR 55,374,492.23 from EUR 718,336,602.72 to EUR 773,711,094.95 and is divided into four registered shares and 106,425,181 no-par bearer shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 7.27 of the share capital.

These changes result from the issuance of new shares in order to settle conversion rights having been exercised by the convertible bonds holders of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft.
