We are pleased to announce that on 25 November 2019, Robin Boyle disposed of the balance of his shares in Athelney Trust. The remaining 339,054 shares were sold to EC Pohl & Co Pty Ltd at the 31 October NAV of 240.9p.

This transaction reflects terms agreed between the two parties back in July, based on the original agreement made in March 2010.
