The following Amended and Restated Final Terms are available for viewing:

Amended and Restated Final Terms dated 30 July 2024 (the Amended and Restated Final Terms) relating to EUR600,000,000 3.3004 per cent. Covered Bonds Series 2024-1 due 30 July 2029 (XS2828820352) issued by Bank of Queensland Limited (the Series 2024-1 Covered Bonds) under the base prospectus dated 24 April 2024 for the issuance of covered bonds under the AUD6,000,000,000 BOQ Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited as trustee of the BOQ Soft Bullet Covered Bond Trust (the Prospectus).

The Amended and Restated Final Terms amend and restate the final terms relating to the Series 2024-1 Covered Bonds dated 28 May 2024.
