Retirement of Liz Doherty as a Non-Executive Director and change of Non-Executive Director responsibilities

As previously announced, Dunelm, the UK's leading homewares retailer, confirms that Liz Doherty has retired from the Board at the Annual General Meeting today; and that following her retirement, Ian Bull has succeeded her as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. An announcement on who will succeed Liz as Senior Independent Director will be made in due course.
