Notice of AGM

All Things Considered Group plc   (AQSE: ATC),  the independent music company housing artist representation and music industry services , announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 21 June 2024 at 9.00am at The Hat Factory, 166-168 Camden Street, London NW1 9PT and through the electronic facilities that are being made available via Zoom (the "Virtual Meeting Platform").

Shareholders who are not able to attend the meeting are encouraged to appoint the Chair as a proxy. The Company remains firmly committed to encouraging shareholder engagement on the business of the meeting. As such, shareholders (and any of their duly appointed proxies and/or corporate representatives) will be able to (i) attend and vote at the meeting remotely via the Virtual Meeting Platform (even if a proxy appointment is submitted in advance) and (ii) submit questions and/or objections remotely in writing via the Virtual Meeting Platform or orally by telephone.

Full details on how to access the Virtual Meeting Platform, how to vote by proxy, and how to submit questions in relation to the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.

Availability of shareholder documents

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive printed copies. Electronic copies of these documents will shortly be available on the Company's website:   www.atcgroupplc.com
