In the period from May 17 - May 21, 2021, S&T AG acquired a total of 35,000 shares under the share buyback ('Share buyback program I 2021') announced on April 27, 2021 in accordance with Art. 2 Para. 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
