NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors of Air China Limited (the "Company") will be held on Friday, 26 April 2024, for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2024.

As at the date of this announcement, the directors of the Company are Mr. Ma Chongxian, Mr. Wang Mingyuan, Mr. Feng Gang, Mr. Patrick Healy, Mr. Xiao Peng, Mr. Li Fushen*, Mr. He Yun*, Mr. Xu Junxin* and Ms. Winnie Tam Wan-chi*.
