Repurchase of Ordinary Shares

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") announces that it purchased 769,230 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 09 February 2024 at a price of 65.00 pence per Ordinary Share.  The repurchased Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the repurchase, the total number of treasury shares held by the Company is 7,269,230 and the number of shares in issue less those shares held in treasury is 766,290,477. The figure of 766,290,477 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
