Result of General Meeting

Semper Fortis Esports PLC (AQSE: SEMP), announces that at the General Meeting ("GM") held at 10:00 a.m. today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Accordingly, completion of the Acquisition of Good Life + by the Company is now expected to occur, with the Enlarged Share Capital of 629,049,980 Ordinary Shares expected to start trading at 8.00 a.m. on Monday, 18 December 2023, on the AQSE Growth Market.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
