INCERGO S.A. Announces Addition of New Director to Board

Vienna, 11 December 2023 - Incergo S.A. ("Incergo"), a franchise-focused company listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange has welcomed Muriel Das to its board. Muriel Das took up her directorship on 11 December 2023, replacing Adrian Knight who steps down today.

An international business lawyer from Europe who was part educated in the USA, Muriel Das' globe-trotting career includes stints working in Singapore, Korea and Japan. As Legal Counsel for The Unity Group of Companies in Singapore, her primary areas of focus include contract negotiations, drafting international agreements (including JVs) and share purchase agreements, conducting due diligence on target companies (in the UK, US, Australia and Singapore) and providing support with mergers while coordinating with external counsels.
