Total Voting Rights

The Company's issued share capital consists of 46,037,599 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 46,037,599.  This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the disclosure guidance issued by the FCA and the transparency rules made by the FCA under section 89A(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as amended.
