Downing FOUR VCT plc (“the Company”) announces that the unaudited Net Asset Values (NAVs) of its Generalist and Healthcare Share pools, as at 30 September 2019, were as follows:

Planned exit Share pools – portfolio updates

DSO D Share pool

The DSO D Share pool investment portfolio is now comprised of five investments, each of which has a path to exit. We anticipate that the DSO D Share pool should exit from these investments during early 2020, after which the Company will declare a further distribution.

DP67 Share pool

The DP67 Share pool investment portfolio is now comprised of three investments, each of which has a path to exit. We anticipate that the DP67 Share pool should exit from all these investments during the middle of 2020, after which the Company will declare a further distribution.

Further detail on each of the Company’s Share pools and their respective portfolios will be provided in the Half-Yearly Report to 30 September 2019, which will be published in December 2019.
