POLYTEC HOLDING AG: Change in the Chairmanship of the Supervisory Board

At today's constituent meeting of the POLYTEC Holding AG Supervisory Board, which was held shortly after the 21st Ordinary Annual General Meeting, Mr. Friedrich Huemer was elected unanimously as the new Supervisory Board Chairman. He assumes this post from Mr. Fred Duswald, who was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Today's Ordinary Annual General Meeting, newly appointed Friedrich Huemer, born on 5 August 1957, to the POLYTEC Holding AG Supervisory Board. He is the founder of the POLYTEC Group and relinquished his post as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the end of 2018.
