Delay in Final Results to 31 December 2022

Suspension

CRUSHMETRIC Group Limited announces that it expects to announce its audited results to 31 December 2022 on or about 10 July 2023.

The delay is due to completing the acquisition of CRUSHMETRIC Limited in late December 2022 (announcement of 23 December 2022), being near to the year end date, diverting Company resources to dealing with sales of CRUSHMETRIC products, moving to bigger premises, and other administrative issues, including embedding the acquisition into the Company.

Accordingly, the ordinary shares of the Company will be suspended from trading at the opening of market on 3 July 2023.

A further announcement will be made to the market shortly with the audited results.
