NEW APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

GUERNSEY, 21 JUNE 2023

JPEL Private Equity Limited ("JPEL" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Trina Le Noury as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.  

Further information regarding Ms. Le Noury is set forth below:  

Trina Le Noury, a resident of Guernsey, qualified as an accountant in 2005. Ms. Le Noury was the co-head and director of Apax Partners (Guernsey) Limited, the in-house administration business for Apax Partners, a global private equity firm with c. $60 billion AUM. Ms. Le Noury was also a director of the Apax General Partner companies. More recently, Ms. Le Noury was a director of Hedosophia Services (Guernsey) Limited, the business responsible for the oversight of the venture capital funds advised by Hedosophia, with c. $3 billion AUM. Ms. Le Noury has a first-class honours degree in Mathematics from Aberdeen University, holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

In addition, the Company announces that Tim Wilson, interim director, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.  

Sean Hurst, JPEL's Chairman said: "We are delighted to have Trina Le Noury join the Company's Board of Directors.  Trina's expertise in both the private capital sector as well as a qualified accountant will further enhance the existing skill set of our Board. We would also like to thank Tim Wilson, for stepping in as interim Director to fill the vacancy following the passing of our dear colleague, Chris Spencer in December 2022.  We look forward to continuing to work with Tim in his existing role at IQEQ."

In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed in relation to Ms. Le Noury.
