Metso's Board of Directors has decided on the payment of the second dividend installment for the financial year ended December 31, 2018. The dividend to be paid is EUR 0.60 per share and the decision is based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting held on April 25, 2019. The first dividend instalment of EUR 0.60 per share was paid on May 7, 2019.

The dividend shall be paid on November 5, 2019, to shareholders listed in the company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date of October 29, 2019.
