Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Further to the Preliminary Results announcement made by the Company on 1 October 2019, the Company announces that it has issued its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 27 July 2019 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019.

The Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at 14.00 on Wednesday 27 November at Hotel Indigo, 9 Old Elvet, Durham, DH1 3HL.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 27 July 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019, together with associated Proxy Form, will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Copies of the Annual Report 2019 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 are available on the Company's website at www.scsplc.co.uk.

Hard copy documents have also now been posted to shareholders.
